Part-time Clerical/Bookkeeper position

The Town of Plymouth is seeking applications for a
part-time individual for general clerical duties
and position of Bookkeeper.
Duties include payroll and accounts payable and receivables.
Provide outstanding, friendly customer service both at the
counter and on the phone. Observe strict confidentiality of all
company records and financial information and safeguard
against unauthorized access to such information at all times.
Performs other related duties as required.
Desired minimum qualifications preferred, are a High school
diploma with computer and bookkeeping experience especially
payroll. Knowledge of municipal operations or an equivalent
combination of education and experience, which demonstrates
possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities of
payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions. Strong
computer skills required. Attention to detail a must.
