The Plymouth Fire Department would like to take this opporturnity to remind everyone that in accordance with RSA 227-L:17, fire permits are required when the ground is not covered with snow.
Without snow cover, burning with a permit is allowed between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 A.M. or while actively raining.
