Plymouth Zoning Board
The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM to discuss and hold a public hearing to which you are invited for review of the following application:
Case # 107-056 VAR 10-3-17 – Request for Variance from Article IV, Section 406 (A) – Lots in Two Zones – to allow one aspect of a commercial service (garaging of commercial vehicles and light maintenance) to be co-located with a single family home. The home and garage are to be located in the Agricultural Zone.
This is a re-hearing of a case brought before the Board at their Oct. 3, 2017 meeting
The application is available for review at Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
