Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM to discuss at a public hearing the following application submitted for relief from the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance:
- Application 230-006 VAR 05-02-17—Request for variance relief from Article IV, Section 402-a (Height Regulations and Exceptions). A request from Alex Ray, P.O. Box 581, Ashland, NH 03217 through his agent, Kevin French, LLS, 581 School Street, Rumney, NH 03276 for an increase in the maximum height for a reassembled barn beyond the 35 foot allowed height. Relief is requested through Article IV, Section 402-a of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance. The property is located on US Route 3 in the Agricultural Zone.
- Continuation from April 4, 2017 to a time and date certain—Application 207-009 SE/SE/VAR 04-04-17. Relief from Article III, Section 304 (Zone Objectives and Land Use Controls—multiple units, density, main structures on a lot) by parcel owners Charles and Lois McLoud, 33 Fairgrounds Road, Plymouth, NH 03264.
