The Plymouth Energy Committee is a group of citizens appointed by the Plymouth Board of Selectmen in July of 2007. The Energy Committee reviews and recommends steps the town and its residents can take to save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM at the Plymouth Town Hall. These meetings are open to the public.

Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Plymouth Town Hall. Meetings may be canceled if there is no business to be heard. All applications and agenda items must be submitted to the Community Planner no later than 4:30 p.m. the Tuesday at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting at which they may be considered.

The pbCAM Advisory Board is appointed by the Plymouth Selectboard to review and recommend policies and procedures and to review the annual budget of Pemi-Baker Community Access Media (pbCAM). The pbCAM Advisory Board also provides advice to the pbCAM Executive Director and handles mediation in case of disputes over the Executive Director's implementation of policies and procedures.

Planning Board meetings are held the third Thursday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Plymouth Town Hall. All applications and agenda items must be submitted to the Community Planner no later than 4:30 p.m. the Tuesday at least 16 days prior to the meeting at which they will be considered.

Work Sessions are held on the first Thursday of every month to discuss planning issues. These meetings are open to the public. Applications are generally not discussed at Work Sessions.

The Plymouth Selectboard meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at Plymouth Town Hall. Meeting dates and times are scheduled in advance and may be changed by the Selectboard as needed. Check the events calendar to the left or the schedule posted at Town Hall for accurate and up-to-date information.
