KAREN FREITAS - TOWN CLERK Hours: Address: ****** The Town Clerk's office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 to observe Veteran's Day; the office will also be closed on Thursday 11/26 and Friday 11/27/09 for the Thanksgiving holiday. ****** REMEMBER There is FREE PARKING on Court Street for anyone doing business at the Town Hall! State fees for registering motor vehicles will go up as of Saturday, August 1st. Size Old Fee New Fee 0-3000 lbs. $31.20 $61.20 3001-5000 lbs. $43.20 $73.20 5001-8000 lbs. $55.20 $100.20 For vehicles over 8000 lbs, the fee is calculated by every 100 lbs. Those fees will rise between $45 and $75. DOG LICENSE FEES State law requires that all dogs must be licensed by April 30th of each year. Remember, this can be done by mail provided the Town Clerk has an updated rabies certificate on file. If you no longer have your dog, please contact the office @ 536-1732 so the change/update can be made. Male/Female...............................$9.00 Neutered/Spayed.......................$6.50 1st Animal of Sr. Citizen............. $2.00 Any dog license renewed after 7/20/09 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. RSA 466:13. ***Registration Reminder*** The Dept. of Motor Vehicles and the Town Clerk would like to remind everyone to please be sure and have your old registration with you when coming in to do your renewal. |
