The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM to discuss at a public hearing the following application submitted for relief from the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance:
- Application 213-013SE03-06-18—Request for a Special Exception from Article III, Section 304 (Table of Uses) to allow a Medical Center (Holistic Veterinary practice) in an existing office building in the Industrial/Commercial Development Zone.
A Special Exception is requested by owner, Kim Lamb (10 Bell Rd, Plymouth, NH 03264) through Article XII, Section 1204.2 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance.
The property is located on the south side of the western portion of Tenney Mtn. Hwy. in the ICD Zone.
- Application108-008V03-06-18—Request for a Variance from Article III, Section 304 – Minimum Lot Size per Dwelling Unit on properties served by municipal sewage disposal (.5ac/D.U.).
A Variance is requested by STARS, LLC (POB 277, Bristol, NH 03222 – Richard Stachecki, partner) to allow the addition of a second Dwelling Unit to an existing property consisting of a single family residence on .11 ac. on School St. in the Multi-Family Zone.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment reserves the right to continue discussions and public hearings on these applications later in the meeting or at future meetings, pending Public Notice requirements.
Applications are available for review at Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
