NOTICE OF APPEAL FOR REHEARING

The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM. The Board will discuss and hold an Administrative hearing on the following application:

A request for a re-hearing of Case # 107-056 VAR 10-3-17

(A Request for Variance from Article IV, Section 406 (A) – Lots in Two Zones – to allow one aspect of a commercial service (garaging of commercial vehicles and light maintenance) to be co-located with a single family home. The home and garage are to be located in the Agricultural Zone.)

 The Board will hear the Applicant’s request to re-hear their (above) case, citing errors of procedure. 

This is an Administrative Public Meeting, with no right to public input. Should the Board grant the request, the case will be re-heard at a duly Noticed Public Hearing at a time set by the Board of Appeals 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment reserves the right to continue discussions and public hearings on these applications later in the meeting or at future meetings, pending Public Notice requirements.

 Applications are available for review at Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
