Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM to discuss at a public hearing the following application submitted for relief from the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance:
- Application 207-009 SE/ SE/ VAR 04-04-17—Request for special exception (2) and variance(1) relief from Article III, Section 304 (Zone Objectives and Land Use Controls). A request from Charles and Lois McLoud, 33 Fairgrounds Road, Plymouth, NH 03264 through their agent, Daniel Whyte, Plymouth Whyte Properties 1 LLC, 36 South River Road, Bedford, NH 03110. Relief is requested for number of main structures on a lot, multiple dwelling units allowed and developed density of a lot. The property is located on Fairgrounds Road in the Agricultural Zone.
