Public Notice: Planning Board Hearings 4/18/24

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:

  1. A continuation of a public hearing on a site plan review application received from Hess Engineering and Construction Consultants on behalf of YTN TMH, LLC to develop an approximately 6,000 sf building featuring first floor commercial space and two residential units on the second floor, along with associated site and drainage improvements, as well as site improvements to support a potential future phase two. The development is proposed for property on the east side of Yeaton Road (PID 213-014). The property lies within the Agricultural zoning district.
  2. A request from BYCO, LLC for approval in accordance with the Plymouth Subdivision Regulations to modify the previously approved infrastructure in the Mountain View Farms Subdivision, by removing or not-constructing the sidewalk initially included in that development. The original approval included sidewalks along one side of Crescent St and Wildflower Ln within the development.
  3. A compliance hearing to review conformity with conditions of approval placed on a conditional approval of a site plan application from Mountain Village Charter School to construct an educational facility including three classroom buildings and associated site improvements on parcel 213-031, Tenney Mountain Highway, in the Industrial Commercial Zone.
  4. An application from Lafrance Hospitality for a minor subdivision of parcel 212-041, owned by T&T Mountain Investments and located at 12 Smith Bridge Road. The proposal is to divide the 40.6-acre parcel into two parcels of approximately 4.4 and 36.1 acres. The property is located in the Agricultural zoning district.
  5. An application from Lafrance Hospitality for site plan review to develop an approximately 18,500 square foot, 93-room hotel along with associated site and drainage improvements on a portion of present parcel 212-041, also proposed for subdivision, owned by T&T Mountain Investments and located on the north side of Smith Bridge Road in the Agricultural zoning district.
