Highway Department Updates
Plymouth Highway Update
Crew Duties:
- Cleaned and checked 250 catch basins.
- Trimmed trees on the Hitchners lot.
- Applied 20 tons of hot top to the Town streets.
Maintenance:
- Repair York Rake for grading roads
- Pick up plates to repair bed in 2010 International
- Pick up snow blower bearings to repair snow blower for Loader
- Repair damaged headboard on 2010 International
- Filed receipts/expenses
- Repair the cooler/radiator on Sidewalk Tractor
- Repair connectors/harnesses on 2017 Kenworth and the 2018 Kenworth to get marker/directionals working for inspection
- Inspect 2022 Dodge Ram 5500
- Inspect 2020 Ford F550
- Prep 2010 International for bed repair
- Dropped off Dodge Ram 5500 to HP Fairfields for repair
Building:
Ongoing: Reiss Construction will be completing the framing for our new garage door replacement.
Training:
Ongoing: Still in progress with UNH T2 Program: The department had employees that were not enrolled in T2 UNH, enroll with the program. This will allow the staff to attend classes, training and get certified in areas that need certification.
Upcoming Events:
Please be mindful of having basketball hoops off the Town roads by November 1, 2023.
