Planning Board to hold three public hearings on November 16th

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:

  1. Continuation of a public hearing regarding an application for Site Plan Review from Horizons Engineering on behalf of property owner Slater Holdings, LLC, to develop a self-storage facility with an office and associated site improvements on parcel 208-076, Hutchins Road/Fairgrounds Road. This property lies within the Agricultural zoning district.
  2. Public Hearing regarding an application for a Boundary Line Adjustment. The proposal is to adjust the boundary between parcel 221-050 (30 Thurlow St), owned by owned by Douglas J. Smith and Sharon Cashin Smith; and parcel 221-051 (18 Thurlow St), owned by Rodger and Eva Nagorka Ellsworth. Parcel 221-050 will be reduced to 0.87 acres, and parcel 221-051 will be increased to 16.25 acres. Both properties lie in the Single-Family Residential zoning district.
  3. Public hearing on the adoption of the 2024-2030 Plymouth Capital Improvement Program.
